• Pickup only – no shipping available

If you bid and win, you’re committed to purchase the item!

After winning an item:

1. You’ll receive an email listing the treasures you won and your total.

2. We ask that you arrange pick up with 48 hours.

3. Cash payments only.

4. No shipping items

How the Auction Works:

Every bid (win or lose) enters you to win an overnight stay at the Inn of Chagrin! So bid often!!

Important:
Questions are welcome during the live auction, but questions do not count as bids.

During the Auction

1. The host will spend 2-3 minutes describing the item, including:
   • Size
   • Measurements
   • Age (if known)
   • Maker or brand (if known)
   • Condition or defects

2. During that time, you place your bid and the dollar amount you wish to bid.

3. The host will continue describe and the current bid will occasionally be announced but it’s up to the bidder to know where the current bid it based on the last bid on the thread.

4. When time is up, the timer will post:
   “TIMES UP” and the item name in the comments and will include the winning bid letter. There will be no bids accepted after TIMES UP is posted.

5. The timer announces the winning bidder name.

Payment & Pickup

• Winners will receive an email the following day with items won and total.
• All sales are final – no refunds
• Pickup must be arranged within one week

Once you win an item, you are committed to buying the item and we appreciate picking up in a timely matter.

By placing a bid, you are contractually agreeing to purchase the item if you win.
